Nový webový modul

SOZE vyvinulo nový modul v rámci projektu Step In nazvaný: Pokyny pro zainteresované organizace umožňující jejich roli při podpoře účasti vyloučených skupin a migrantů, zejména církve a náboženské organizace. Tento modul byl vyvinut  se záměrem vyplnit mezeru uvnitř stávající integrační politiky a zahrnout náboženské vůdce a představitele církví do procesu integrace vyloučených skupin a migrantů do společnosti. Celkový cíl je podporovat integraci a bojovat proti vyloučení, což může také pomoci zmírnit potenciální konflikty u cílových komunit, které jsou často inicializovány pouze z nedostatku znalostí či nepochopení různých kultur. Modul si klade za cíl prvotně rozvinout multikulturní dovednosti náboženských představitelů a umožnit jim reflektovat svoji vlastní pozici uvnitř společnosti a náboženské komunity. Analýza Národních Potřeb (The National Needs Analysis), uskutečněná v rámci projektu Step In uvadla různé výsledky. Pokud jde o perspektivy migrantů, ukázala analýza, že nedostatek schopnosti některých migrantů úspěšně participovat, je úzce spojena s hlavními participačními bariérami. Náboženští představitelé mají potenciál získat roli „integračních agentů“ a pomoci migrantům překonat tyto bariéry. Modul byl vyvinut tak, aby prolomoval stereotypy, podporoval evropské hodnoty rovnosti, tolerance, nediskriminace a vzájemné spolupráce. Aktivity Efekty reflexe se budou v budoucnu dále násobit s tím, jak budou mít náboženští vůdci potenciál oslovit široké publikum uvnitř svých náboženských komunit. Budou si dále procvičovat základní znalosti a příklady konkrétních aktivit, které budou moci použít v jejich vlastních komunitách, aby pomohli integraci nově příchozích a aby překonali bariéry, které vedou k úplné realizace a naplnění jejich práv.   SOZE developed a new module within the frame of Step In Project entitled : Guidelines for stakeholder organizations enabling their role in supporting participation for excluded groups and migrants, notably: churches and religious organizations. This module was developed in order to fill the gap within existing integration policies and involve religious leaders and representatives of churches in the process of integration of excluded groups and migrants to the society. The overall goal is to counter exclusion and foster integration, which can also help to mitigate potential conflicts in destination communities which often initialize only out of lack of knowledge or understanding of different cultures. The module aims to first develop multicultural skills of religious representatives and enable them to reflect on their own positions within the society and their religious community. The National Needs Analysis, carried out within the Step In Project, generated various results. Concerning the migrants´ perspectives the analysis has shown that migrant´s lack of skills for successful participation is closely linked to the main barriers for participation. Religious representatives have the potential to acquire a role of “integration agents” and help them to overcome these barriers. The module was developed in order to break stereotypes, promote European values of equality, tolerance, non-discrimination and mutual cooperation. Effects of Reflection activities will further multiply in the future, since religious leaders have got a potential to reach wide audiences within their religious communities. They will be further trained with basic knowledge and examples of concrete activities, which they can use in their own communities to help integration of newcomers and overcome barriers that trigger full realization and fulfillment of their rights.
